Bensouda Riad’s rooftop terrace provides views of the medina. It has a traditional Moroccan tent where guests can relax and an upper terrace overlooking the Atlas Mountains. Guests also have access to the riad’s hammam, where beauty treatments and massages are available. Dar Bensouda is a perfect stay in Fes. Location is great - it is inside medina, however close to the gates so you can be out and use taxi if needed in several minutes. All the main tourist locations are really close, plus two wonderful restaurants - The Ruined Garden and Darori - are 5 minutes by foot. We got an superior room on the last floor, it was quiet, great size and with wonderful bathroom. The exit to the rooftop was just next to us, so sometimes we had a feeling we have a whole rooftop for us. Rooftop is amazing, both in the morning and during the sunset. No need to ook for a rooftop cafe, when this is a best one. Special shoutout to Yassin and other members of the staff who will help you out with everything you need!

The hosts are very nice, friendly and helpful - they gave us a map of the medina and recommended places to visit and see. Also the dinner we had in the riad’s restaurant is one of the most delicious we’ve ever had in Morocco. Basically the delicious dinner in the terrace with a beautiful view - that is one of our best moments in Morocco and all thanks to this riad and our hosts. Also the place is very clear and nice. Big plus is that the riad it’s near to road - we didn’t have to walk with our luggage through all medina roads to check in.

The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, a shared kitchen and currency exchange for guests. Beautiful, amazing riad: colourful, clean, and comfortable. All spaces are perfectly kept, from the ground floor living room, to the rooms, the private bathroom and the lovely rooftop with great view, we had a blast staying here. The bed was I think the most comfortable bed I've slept in my whole life. The staff has been welcoming and super available to help us with anything we needed. They even woke up so early to walk us to the parking after organizing an airport shuttle. If we would ever be back to Fes, this is where we want to be. Highly recommended!

The property was beautiful! There was an amazing breakfast set up with an incredible view. The staff was exceptional, very warm and welcoming! We would for sure choose this riad again! When we ran into issues in the Medina the staff provided us with guides to bring us around and make us feel more comfortable to ensure we had the most amazing time!
