We stayed here twice in 3 weeks as we need 2+1 nights as stopover during our travel. Great breakfast and super comfortable bed. Hotel is very welcoming, staff more than friendly, we had very good time here. There is no better location as everything is close or near bus/tram stops. We will be looking for Citizen M now wherever we go.

The bathroom was modern and clean, great shower, with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel available. Central location by the Gaslamp Quarter. Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful. I was not expecting a free welcome drink and cookies upon check-in, that small gesture really heightened the experience. I absolutely love the pineapple theme and the pet friendliness.

Located 5 minutes’ walk away from Old Mission Santa Ines, this boutique hotel offers a restaurant on site. It features an outdoor pool and hot tub and spacious room with free WiFi. The hotel is simply beautiful. There is a restaurant attached but it was closing when we arrived. The hotel does not offer breakfast. The rooms were spacious (we had a 2 queen beds room), the bathroom was clean and the ammenities nice. The hotel lobby is very beautiful too. The hotel is very well located so we were able to walk around town. The hotel offers complimentary parking outside its premises. The staff recommended us a nice place to have breakfast and it was great (The Belgian Cafe).

The Pacific Ocean is less than 5 minutes’ walk from this Santa Barbara property. Continental breakfast and free WiFi are provided. A refrigerator is included in each room. I travel frequently, LaPLaya is one of the cleanest and nicest motels I have stayed. It’s is immaculately clean, the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else when I come here. Perfect!!!
