If you're looking for a unique and unforgettable experience in Banlung, then look no further than Pow's homestay! His family are some of the most welcoming and caring people we've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Pow went above and beyond to make our stay special, organizing an amazing jungle trek for us that was full of adventure. The house itself is different from what you'd expect - but in a good way - with breathtaking views all around it. Although it's not located right in the center, renting a motorbike or getting one of Pow's lifts will get you there quickly enough! We highly recommend staying at this lovely homestay if given the chance; both Pow and his family are always happy to help out however they can. It really made our trip so much more enjoyable knowing we were being taken care off by such kind-hearted people!

Very nice bungalows in a splendid garden, minimalism with taste, I loved it. Food is great and Smey will make your stay special, organising everything you need (motobike, bus, tour). You will feel at home :)

Bee Bees Chalet is a true homestay where the family live in the same wooden chalets as the guests. The 3 children are adorable as are the parents. The oldest son - BeeBee speaks fluent English as does Nita, the mother. The evening meals were excellent. This was our first stop in Cambodia so we were a bit taken a back by the cold showers and no air con but it was absolutely fine. They organise all sorts of trips. We did the boat trip which was good fun especially as BeeBee joined us. We learnt so much about Cambodia from this lovely family.

The owner and his wife were super accommadating and helpful, he really knows how to host and not be in the way. Fixed everything for me although I didn't go trekking since it was dry season and 40 degrees outside. There's a nice café next door and a small shop up the street. Breakfast was really good, next time I'll come in high season to try dinner as well!

Green Hill Homestay, Restaurant & Treħking предлага изглед към планината и помещения за настаняване с вътрешен двор, на около 4,2 километра от езерото Йеек Лаом. Lovely hosts - they kept in touch with me on the day of my arrival and offered to pick me up from the bus station. The property is situated a bit outside the central town area, which gives it a really tranquil and peaceful countryside atmosphere without being too far away from amenities. Depending on the weather the lake and shops are walkable but you'd be wise to consider renting a moto (the owner offers tuktuk rides as well). You can enjoy a spacious deck/terrace overlooking the forested hills around the Boeng Yeak Lake. Rooms are simple, modest but clean and with all the essentials you'd want - a comfy bed, mozzie net, a fan and an outlet close to the bed. Hosts speak English and the lady managing the property is a good cook - you can enjoy a range of dishes, including vegetarian options and fresh local fruit without having to go anywhere. All at reasonable prices. Moto rental, various trekking or even bus transfer options can be arranged as well. All in all really enjoyed my stay.
