Great location - right on the beach and an easy walk to restaurants, etc. Our room was comfortable and clean, and had a balcony with view of ocean. Great restaurant - Roberto's - on the premises. Food and menu selections were very good for both breakfast and dinner. One of my favorite parts of this hotel was all the varied spaces where one could sit outdoors: at the restaurant right on the beach (or up under cover out of the sun); on the upper level where there was a small pool and a great view of the sunset over the water; and at least one area on each floor with a couple of chairs/ loveseat/ coffee table. Highly recommend!

The beachfront Hotel el Velero boasts an outdoor pool and a private beach where you can choose to swim, lounge or relax. We loved stepping out of the room and right into the beach. The location was excellent. Having the hotel's restaurant available for our meals was also a plus. All areas were kept clean and the staff was very nice.

From Luis, Stevie at check-in, to the office manager Zaida (sorry if I misspelled), the restaurant staff is excellent too, especially one of the waiters who's name I forgot ("Jean"-something, sorry! With the tattoos). My room took a few hours after check-in to be ready, but I understand working in the industry myself. The staff was more than friendly to accommodate my wait, offered me drinks, which was not needed but appreciated. The pool area is so chill, I did not expect to spend as much time as I did there. Didn't even dip in, it's just a nice atmosphere with relaxed restaurant staff. The restaurant menu was also excellent, a mix of American and Costa Rican fair. I will definitely be back at The Palm if I come back to Coco.

Cabinas Coco Alegre is situated in Coco, Guacanaste. Complimentary WiFi is available. All units have air conditioning. Various units have a private bathroom and kitchens with a fridge. It’s close to the main town but far enough to be able to sleep without hearing the music from the bars. It was clean and quiet. They have wifi and a nice common area to talk, play or eat.

Set in Playa Hermosa, 37 km from Tamarindo, Golden Palms Papagayo features free WiFi access and free private parking. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. A relaxing, beautiful place to go

The hotel was clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. They cleaned the room every day and gave you clean towels. They had security at the gate in the evening so all felt secure. Breakfast was good, pool and gardens were kept clean. A great place to stop if flying in from Liberia.

Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and some of the most friendly people I have ever met. Breakfast is included, credit cards and US dollars are readily accepted, and many people speak English.

Nacazcol Hotel & Villas is approximately 1 km from Guanacaste Coco Beach and a 20-minute drive from Daniel Oduber Airport, on the main road. Friendly helpful staff. Quiet location. Lovely swimming pool.
