Hotel Las Islas has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and terrace in Baru. Amazing concept with the inidvidual tree houses. It was SUCH a great experience. Ideal for a romantic getaway, if you're not too shy to climb a few stairs.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool was a great way to escape the midday heat and crowds on the beach. The food was well prepared. I appreciated that there was always somewhere for hotel guests to sit and relax, even with day time visitors.

Really friendly staff and very accommodating when it comes to question (initially planned for a leave at 11am but were allowed to keep our suitcases in the room including the key until our departure at 1:30pm). We really like the Cristal Hamburguesa. Overall a quite placemat the end of Playa Blanca (its located in the north, the more south you go the more touristy it gets). Beautiful sunsets.

The best experience in Cartagena than visiting Baru but above all this place is really cozy clean and there is nothing else to talk about its delicious food. Great job for the 2 brothers hosting this great place. It's a great service that smiles woow, definitely, I will come back

Posada donde Uriel Playa tranquila er staðsett í Baru, nokkrum skrefum frá Playa Blanca. Location directly on the beach and all rooms with amazing sea view. The sea had perfect azure color. Breakfast was good and served on time. You can get to the accomodation only by boat from the parking place - from the parking place you have to walk approx. 5 mins to the beach where boat pick you up to the accomodation. The way to accomodation was free of charge and the way back to the parking place was charged (around 2,50 eur per person). The rooms were with privat sitting area ( terrace). Prices in the restaurant and bar were good but everything took them a long time.

Set in Playa Blanca, Hotel Calamari Baru offers beachfront accommodation a few steps from Playa Blanca and offers various facilities, such as a terrace, a restaurant and a bar. This is easily the best hotel of all Playa Blanca. Staff are extremely nice. The prices are fair. Location on the beach is just great. The food is awesome. This is truly a paradise.

SABAI Beach features 200 metres of private white sand beach and free WiFi access in public areas. It is located in Barú Peninsula (an island), 20 minutes’ drive from Barbacoas Bay. It is just such a beautiful place, natural and tranquil. The staff are fantastic, very nice and attentive, they made our stay very special. We would like to thank David, Chris, Raul and Luz and all the other staff - they were like friends. The beach and water is outstanding, the best we have ever tried. We will come back soon again. It was very hard to leave this magical place
