It was dirty. The floors were dirty, the bed linens were dirty and there was a spider web at entrance. No ability to gain access to property without calling to let us in. Very strange property. Not really a hotel.

Ocean resort has beautiful grounds designed for small group or individual retreats. The cabin on the beach has a massive deck and large functional rooms. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen. Perfect for cooking healthy meals. There are golf courses, beaches, hiking trails via a short drive. The cabin is wonderful & has everything that you need. Great place for pets. Fantastic view with beautiful sunsets. Traffic can be noisy at times, but, it is not all night. Very close to Miracle Beach Provincial Park. We went to the beach there every day!

Oyster Bay is a nice place for a quiet weekend getaway. However there are very few restaurants in the area. We found only a Chinese restaurant 'Driftwood' which was good enough for meals.

This seaside hotel is humble yet classy, way nicer than anything else in comox or campbell river at this price range. Rooms feel fresh and spotless, plenty of positives to this place. You can tell they are health conscious with filtered water available, good quality soap and shampoo in a dispenser. The bedding doesn't smell of scented cleaners. Really worth the short drive out of town if you're visiting CR or the valley.

The chalets were very clean. It was great they had cutlery, pots and pans and dish ware. The fridge was spotless. The bed, oh the bed, it was amazing. The sheets were great quality, definitely one of the best sleeps we have had. This simply put was the best vacation we could have asked for. We will definitely we coming back here!

Right on the beach, lots of green space outside....but the rooms are back to back, you can hear normal conversation through the walls, I cant imagine if someone was playing music, speaking louder etc. No sound insulation at all it seems. The rooms are clean, bed comfortable But this is not a place if you are looking for some peace and quiet in your room.
