Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. This is a pristine place with the perfect location. it is very private and very secure. The rooms are stunning as well as the property. it is pricey but worth the experience.

Koike-san greeted and picked our family up from the station which was great as it was raining. His house has a very warm, homely feel run by him and his wife. My 2yo son loved the experience of making your own futon bed and getting served a light breakfast in the morning. The room did get cold in the night but the futons and blankets kept us surprisingly warm & cosy. It's about a 20min walk to the station area but you can walk along the lake which is nice and scenic. There's also shops and restaurants about 5mins walk from the house. Overall we loved the experience and it was great value, we would recommend to others and will come back again next time.

Private Hotel Rei ligger i Fujikawaguchiko, 7,1 km från Kawaguchisjön, och erbjuder boende med gratis cyklar, gratis privat parkering, en trädgård och en terrass. The location is exceptional. I had the chance to see Mount Fuji directly from my room. The staff is warm and friendly, and Yoshi is an amazing host as well as an excellent cook. He even drove me to the train station on the day of my departure, although he wasn't obligated to do so, and he showed many thoughtful gestures throughout my stay. A big thank you. (As an added bonus, other guests I saw brought their dogs with them, and they were all adorable.)

Kamikochi Nishi-itoya Mountain lodge ligger i Matsumoto och erbjuder en trädgård, en gemensam lounge, en terrass och en restaurang. We had a wonderful time at the Nisha-itoya lodge. The staff were very attentive and helpful and looked after us so well. The Japanese food was wonderful and seemed to get better every night we stayed and they were able to accommodate my fussiness and my partner’s veganism. The public bath had a gorgeous view of the mountains.

Kawaguchiko Lakeside Hotel ligger bara 1 minuts promenad från Kawaguchikosjön och erbjuder boende i Fujikawaguchiko, nära Kawaguchiko Ohashi-bron. WiFi är gratis i alla utrymmen. The lakeside hotel is a charming, older style Japanese hotel. Everything was so clean & the location right next to the lake and restaurants was amazing. We got lucky in that there were not many quests staying so we had the entire onsen area to ourselves the entire stay. The host/owner is so lovely and welcoming he made our time in Kawaguchiko even better! You also can’t beat the views you get from the hotel of mt fuji! Great value for money. Loved it!

Located in the historical Shibu Onsen district, 渋温泉小石屋旅館 offers both private and dormitory-style guest rooms as well as an on-site restaurant where local dishes, wines and craft beers are available. Nice was super friendly and the ryokan is very nice. They also serve good food at the on site restaurant.
