The entire experience was awesome. The facility is just something marvelous. The staff is amazing I have never seen such a hospitable staff anywhere always smiling and ready to assist. The staff at arcade deserves a statute they are effortlessly busy the entire day to keep the children happy. Overall it was very memorable.

The staff, particularly Amigo, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Will recommend to everybody! The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, and high quality service.
