The staff was very friendly and helpful. From when you arrive at the location until the bus dropped us off at the airport, the team was very attentive. The food was of high quality and very good! Same with the drinks. The rooms have everything you need. The hotel is very safe. It may seem price but when you calculate what you will spend in a five star hotel, transportation, food and activities you will see that's its totally worth it. We had the garden view room and we loved it then we moved to a river view room and it was also great! No matter the room you stay, your experience will be great! Highly recommended. Will definitely come back.

Atelier Playa Mujeres- Adults Only - All Inclusive Resort is offering accommodation in Playa Mujeres, With free WiFi, this 5-star resort offers a private beach area and a 24-hour front desk. The hotel is amazing. The staff is great and the restaurants are so beautiful and the food is great. The areas at the hotel are great because it is a quiet hotel but fun! Not too noisy so if you want to relax and to party this is the place. It is one of the best vacations we have done at beach. We’ll come back for sure!

Hotel Xcaret Mexico All Parks All Fun Inclusivesa nachádza v meste Playa del Carmen, 6 km od morského terminálu Playa del Carmen. Ponúka súkromnú pláž, vonkajší bazén a tenisový kurt. Xcaret deserves a 10/10 because this place really is something else. The people working there are incredibly kind. The premises are spotless and what you see on most pictures is really what you get ! The hotel has many pools and caletas along the river that surrounds it where it really is enjoyable for the kids to swim. The food in all restaurants was very good. The room was very nice. All activities were well organized by a concierge. There are buses to take you to the various parks included in the price.

The most important part for me was that it was 100% wheelchair accessible. For any wheelchair users who are wondering if the place is for them - it is! The beach is also accessible even though with a bit steep ramp. I recommend!

Located in Cancún in the Quintana Roo Region, 4.1 km from Cancun Bus Station, Caribbean apartment located in an resort "All Ritmo Cancun" features an outdoor pool and year-round outdoor pool. The Host, Mr. Corrado, is a very nice gentleman who will give you immediatly a feeling of familiar comfort. He will answer your question as good as possible and is always reachable if you need something. He is a well English-, Italian- and Spanish-Speaker. The Apartment was one of our Highlights and we enjoyed the view of the see, what is the first thing you will see as soon as you wake up. We planned also some trips to some islands and he was so nice for driving us to the ferry. Very happy with all and everything. There will for sure be a next time in Cancun and we will come back to Mr. Corrado for sure :)
