You have to come to this oasis of happiness and try it yourself!

Guests have access to a hot tub and fitness centre. The resort structure is amazing; the junior room is already great. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The beach area is very calm, though a bit windy in late December. The restaurants/bars are really worth the whole experience, I would come back just for that. I particularly loved how artistic the whole place was (including art workshops).

The attention to detail was fantastic. Customer service was excellent and the food was amazingly delicious and has a huge variety. The resort is large enough that there's plenty of space for everyone. The architecture blended with nature was wonderfully well considered. The parks were fun and the night show was beautiful.

The El Meco Mayan Ruins is 7 miles from the hotel. One of the best all inclusive resorts I have been to. The service, food, drinks, location, facilities and the staff were all top notch. The staff was super helpful and catered to any and all dietary needs. There are also a bunch of activities to do at the resort from jet skis, tours to isla mujeres, excursions to nearby areas. Not only that there are daily shows including water aerobics, spanish classes, pottery classes, fire shows and more. This resort also has a 5 Diamonds Rated restaurant. I would definitely come here again!

Boasting full-day security, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. There is a restaurant serving Mexican cuisine, and free private parking is available. This place is so serene. It was so clean and although the housekeepers were on top of everything, they were never in your way. The staff onsite make you feel like royalty. Breakfast, meals and drinks can be delivered to you room, served at the "family" table or even poolside if you wish. My stay at Xaha was the best part of my trip to Tulum. If you go say hello to my favorite host Ricky. Ricky shared his knowledge about different areas, fun places to visit and would even speak directly to your taxi drivers in Spanish to ensure there was no confusion on our desired destination. I love me Ricky! Also, this place has very tight security. I've never felt safer.

Turquoize offers guests an adults-only getaway at Hyatt Ziva Cancun. We had a swim up room and it was amazing. Our Butler Joel was amazing as well. Weather was perfect. Can't wait to come back next year!
