The facilities are old, especially the shower. I booked a room with a double bed for me and two children, but they gave me a room with a large bed. I am very confused."

The location was adorable . While it was not as close to downtown as others, it was shady and quaint and very safe. It was old fashioned cottages set in a shady wooded setting. My cottage was simple but clean and updated inside . The bed was comfortable .

Great facilities e.g. pool, gym, restaurant, cafe, play area for kids. When you walk in it makes you feel you are at somewhere special. We played golf so adjacent to Del Monte course was very handy and part of the reason staying here.
