Located 150 metres away from the main square, La Casa de Los Balcones offers accommodation in Chachapoyas. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. We liked very much the location and the Staff! We did a mistake in booking and thought we had a parking, the staff was so nice to help us solve this issue. Armando was even reserving the space for our motorbikes to park the second night. Excellent restaurant at the corner - Amazonika Restaurent - just wonderful drinks and food … we went the 3 nights of our stay 🤗

The view was breathtaking and the atmosphere was very peaceful. The host was more than perfect. We arrived in Pedro Ruiz by bus late at night and he organized the pickup. But because the bus was running late he even accompanied the driver and they were both waiting for us.

Prior to our visit the communication had been clear and easy. We arrived late, as we had predicted, and we were shown to our room without a problem. The family business is in Cuispes which is a bit remote but easy to find. The room was large and comfortable with a great shower. Wifi worked fine and breakfast was delicious
