Built in 1881, Brydone Hotel Oamaru is located in central Oamaru, within walking distance of the historic town centre. We had one of the heritage rooms, which had recently been refurbished to a high standard. It was huge, and very comfortable, so we were delighted. Location was perfect.

Teschemakers Resort is set on a 70-acre land. The 3-star property is situated in Oamaru. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. Fantastic little place with a lot of atmosphere! the room had a lot of space, it was clean and super comfortable. The staff was amazing and welcoming, making us feel at hone, as every request was answered immediately. the internet was slow, but the hotel manager warned us before we even knew that there is a general issue related to the entire area, so it’s not the hotel’s fault. the AC a bit noisy, but it didn’t matter much as this hotel is a gem!

Hot breakfast buffet was the best we had on our trip to New Zealand. Can’t say enough how great the staff was!

Boasting garden views, Century House B & B flatlette features accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 35 km from Moeraki Boulders. A very welcoming, clean and comfortable place to stay! Dawn was so helpful and responsive. We were only a short 5 minute drive from the penguin colony and Dawn kindly offered us blankets to wrap in for the cold evening adventure - thank you! We enjoyed the lovely breakfast too!

37 km from Moeraki Boulders in Oamaru, The Old Confectionery features accommodation with access to beauty services. The property features sea and city views, and is 2.6 km from Bushy Beach. We had a great stay. The appartement was lovely and close to all we wanted to see and do. Great to be able to park just in front of the appartement. The beds were comfortable. Katrina had good sugestions on where to eat. We went to see the Blue Little Pinguins in the eveneing, and it tas just a few minutes by car.

The host Jacqui is very nice.The house is very clean and tidy.Before I arrived,Jacqui has sent a message for me and got ready for my arriving. The living room is very warm and sweet,Jacqui has made cookies for us.And Jacqui intruduced the town in details,she also made a map by hand to tell me scenic spot around Oamaru.It's an unforgettable experience.Thanks for Jacqui.
