Porters Boutique Hotel is a 4.5 star property nestled in the heart of Havelock North Village. Step into a world of luxury, comfort and relaxation. Absolutely fabulous! Havelock North is a quaint little place and a lovely place to explore including boutique shops (although a tad expensive). Lots of things to see close by including wineries, chocolate manufacturers ... may need a car. Great bar and restaurant downstairs. Central to everything. Accommodation was worth the expense; staff were friendly and accommodating.

Set in tranquil garden surroundings, Mangapapa Hotel offers elegant rooms with satellite TV and free WiFi. A beautiful boutique hotel set amongst the farmlands. The service, food, spa and room was incredible. We couldn't have asked for more from our little weekend away. It was close enough to town to ride in and enjoy the quaint shops and cafes and you can hire bicycles to do just that.

Located opposite the picturesque Clive Square, Expressotel is 7-minutes’ walk from the waterfront at Marine Parade. It offers modern rooms with flat-screen TVs. Guests enjoy free WiFi. Italian restaurant below - friendly staff stayed onsite for a later than expected check in. Little newsletter each day to advise weather what’s available and what’s on. Advised a farmers market across the street for sat am (Delish btw) great covid level 2 protocols amazing friendly and informative staff. Free parking. and just a really great stay for an overnight. Great tea and coffee caddy and the bikkies divine - just i could literally walk in after long drive and relax! Also warm wonderfully toasty especially as went for a swim at ocean spa and returned 9:30 pm ish - just delightful!

Located on the waterfront with panoramic Pacific Ocean views, the Art Deco Masonic Hotel features free WiFi and historic Art Deco architecture. Guests enjoy 2 bars and 2 restaurants. There is simply nothing I did not like about this hotel. The decor, the staff, the ambiance were wonderful. The location is perfect for walking around in the city and along the Pacific coast. The hotel bar is lovely, very welcoming. But…the icing on the cake is the bed! Simply the best combination of bed, mattress, pillows and bed linen made this the absolute BEST bed I have ever slept in! It was a real struggle to get up in the morning to explore this simply gorgeous little gem of a city. I highly recommend The Masonic Hotel. Just utterly fabulous!

Overlooking Hawke’s Bay, Nautilus offers stylish rooms with a spa bath and a private balcony or patio. This Art Deco inspired hotel has an on-site restaurant that is open for breakfast and dinner. Very cozy room with all the amenities. There were two TVs in the room which was very convenient for families with kids. The lady at the reception was very welcoming and helpful.
