Everything about this hotel was great. Small boutique hotel 9 rooms only 7 of which are sea view we had room N02 top floor. Jero , Myra, Tino and the team are warm and hospital nothing is too much of an issue. All staff make you feel like the family. The facilities etc are great. Food and menu drinks, spot on you must try the Red Snapper. Outside short walk along the road- watch out not lit to all the many restaurants and street food market and stalls. The hotel is quiet and relaxing and far away form the banging dance music We were sorry to leave . will come back. PS GREAT COCKTAILS.

This was the best hotel we stayed at on our honeymoon. Immediately on arrival we knew we picked well. The whole place is stunning. The staff friendly and helpful. You have your own butler to help you while you stay. The cenote is stunning. Beautiful to swim in with the fishes. Way better than a normal pool. There is also a pool and jacuzzi area which is stunning with a swim up bar. Our room had the wow factor with our own terrace and jacuzzi. The food was exceptionally tasty at dinner and breakfast and was so much choice it was hard to pick. They help you with your bags and car. The location is very good close to all the beach hotels in the hotel zone of Tulum. I really hope one day we can stay here again. The music they play throughout is very hip and relaxing. I immediately just felt relaxed and looked after here. Very good value for money especially considering we experienced other hotels in this area of tulum.

Akumal, di per sé, è solamente la "base strategica" dalla quale siamo partiti per fare tre tour molto interessanti nelle zone limitrofe: Chichen-Itza, Tulum e il parco di Xcaret, tutti e tre consigliatissimi per chi vuole coniugare natura, cultura, relax e divertimento! Tutta la riviera Maya è magica e interessantissima, ed il mare è splendido.

Proprietari molto gentili, simpatici e disponibili che forniscono tutte le informazioni necessari per orientarsi e raggiungere i posti meravigliosi nei d’intorni. Camera molto pulita con balcone spazioso. Il posto è centrale ma tranquillo. Aria condizionata e ventilatore disponibile in camera. Al piano terreno c’è il ristorante del hotel con un buon cibo, dessert fatto in casa e il miglior caffè bevuto in Messico. Mercato con frutta / verdura fresca attraversando la strada. Colectivo a pochi passi per spostarsi lungo la riviera maya.

APosizione ottima per chi cerca tranquillità ma anche comodità: l'hotel è a 5 minuti dalla strada principale ma lontano dal caos e dalla musica. Il ristorante sul tetto è carinissimo e ottimo per una colazione rapida e presto la mattina (se si deve partire per le escursioni fa comodo). La camera è piccola ma funzionale. Unica pecca, non ha la finestra, ma l'aria condizionata funziona benissimo! Insomma, super consigliato come appoggio per visitare la riviera Maya!

The resort was All inclusive so drinks and Buffet style meals were included. Staff everywhere were friendly and professional. 5 restaurants to choose from I enjoyed all of them! Entertainment and dancing available too.

I read some bad reviews but my staying was ok. The hotel is in a nice location. People complained about the noise from the bars but, this is playa del Carmen, is not super noisy.

The Mayan tribal ceremony held around us just after check in was very unexpected and a beautiful surprise! staff are very polite and friendly. the breakfast included was amazing - best we had in Tulum. definitely worth trying out this hotel for its unusual earthy ambience. it definitely captures the Mother Earth and spiritual vibe! prices are not the most budget friendly but if you can even just do one or two nights it will be an amazing treat!

I love PPP for its concept and originality. Cabins, casitas, villas are built inside the jungle. Staying at one of them is one-of-the-kind experience. WiFi is surprisingly available all over the property, even at the beach front. I enjoyed many activities including hiking the walking path from one end to the other, and daily yoga, which is located right at the ocean front. My favorite PPP moment was eating breakfast in the early morning while watching the soft sunrise lights up the beach club area. The picture from this scenery is lovely.

Ahau is located on the beachfront within walking distance from various restaurants, bars, beach clubs and stores - the beach is pristine with soft white sand and clear blue ocean! The rooms are clean with comfy beds, the restaurant makes the most amazing food, mezcalitas and the staff are helpful and friendly. Looking forward to staying at Ahau again on my next visit to Tulum!🙌🏼

The location in front of the sea is just amazing, the view is incredible and it’s near the most famous beaches. The staff is very helpful for any problem. You may have recommendations are so cute and big. The restaurant is very good but a bit expensive.

The rooms, the design, the beach, the restaurants, the staff, the weekly event calendar (including yoga, breathwork, temazcal (for extra), workshops, fire ceremonies etc.) EVERYTHING was fantastic. I am in love and I want to go back! It was a dreamy, romantic, barefoot stay at Nomade which was the best experience I had in a hotel my whole life - not even kidding. Don't get caught up on the negative comments... I was very concerned after reading all the bad reviews but to our surprise everything was perfect and smooth. Upon check-in we asked to change our ocean front room to another one which had a day bed and the next day (because the first day they were all occupied) - done. However, our first room was actually way larger so bummer... anyway oh and when it gets windy it can be really loud to sleep there so be aware. Both the rooms had the best amenities though... I don't want to give spoilers you should just see for yourselves and get as excited as we did as you're being shown around your room haha! We loved the restaurants La Popular (thanks David for your service!) for both lunch & dinner, and Macondo was just perfect with its oriental vibes & live music in the evening and the food was yummy. The staff was really helpful as well, so thank you! And the "Journey Designers" which help with your wellness journey in the hotel are the sweetest, friendliest people. The attention to detail was fantastic. Customer service was excellent and the food was amazingly delicious and has a huge variety. The resort is large enough that there's plenty of space for everyone. The architecture blended with nature was wonderfully well considered. The parks were fun and the night show was beautiful.
