The room was spotless, great a/c, very comfortable bed. It was also great to have a pool that we could just chill by on days we wanted to stay in. We were within walking distance to the grocery store, and several restaurants. It was quite, peaceful...easy to get a good night's rest.

All parts of hotel were crisp and clean and the location made it easy to access everything in town. I would stay here again and again. Front desk staff arranged anything we had a request for, staff kept us spoiled and well prepared for each days adventure. It was quiet in our room, but remember you’re in the city so you will hear the city sounds of cozumel. Enjoy it!

We traveled to Cozumel because we had a family member in the hospital there. This hotel was conveniently located close to the hospital. We were able to walk back and forth as needed. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. There was someone at the front desk 24 hours a day, and everyone was great. They provided us with a WhatsApp link to communicate with them whenever, even if we were off site. One of the staff members even helped us order a pizza to be delivered from a neighborhood pizza place. We felt very fortunate to have found this hotel for our trip.

We've tried 4/5 of his recommendations so far and haven't been let down by a single one. Organizing tours and excursions through the hotel is super easy. The breakfasts are delicious!! We'd return in a heartbeat, it's nicely located on a quieter side of the island - further from the Cruise terminal and snorkeling In front of the hotel is beautiful. We've even extended our stay here by two more nights!
