The room was spotless, great a/c, very comfortable bed. It was also great to have a pool that we could just chill by on days we wanted to stay in. We were within walking distance to the grocery store, and several restaurants. It was quite, peaceful...easy to get a good night's rest.

The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. There was someone at the front desk 24 hours a day, and everyone was great. They provided us with a WhatsApp link to communicate with them whenever, even if we were off site. One of the staff members even helped us order a pizza to be delivered from a neighborhood pizza place. We felt very fortunate to have found this hotel for our trip.

From the second we walked into our suite we were in love. Everything is beautifully designed and thought out to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We've tried 4/5 of his recommendations so far and haven't been let down by a single one. Organizing tours and excursions through the hotel is super easy. The breakfasts are delicious!! We'd return in a heartbeat, it's nicely located on a quieter side of the island - further from the Cruise terminal and snorkeling In front of the hotel is beautiful. We've even extended our stay here by two more nights!
