Located just 15 metres from the sea in Hydra,Hotel Sophia is housed in a restored 19-century building and offers a shared lounge, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi access. The loveliest family run hotel. They will go out of their way to make you comfortable. For instance, we did not want to use the air conditioning. Why air-conditioning when the beautiful Hydra breeze is beyond perfect? No mosquitoes. So Nick brought us a fan which was just a perfect. Every little request was met with a smile. We had the room with a balcony looking out onto the port and could watch the daily activities. Just fantastic! And Mama’s homemade breakfasts!! Delicious! every day she cooked up something fresh and different. that’s why breakfast doesn’t begin until 830 because she is busy in the kitchen. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Located on a private beach in the area of Plakes Vlichos, Four Seasons Hydra Luxury Suites offers free Wi-Fi throughout. The location was lovely, quiet and remote. The property was picturesque and tidy. We loved the beach area with the sun-beds and umbrellas. The restaurant was really good; the included breakfast was wonderful! The staff were friendly and very helpful, transporting our bags and making reservations for us. The private, complimentary ferry was an amazing perk. I wish we could have booked one of the tours on the larger boat, but we just didn’t have time. Next time!

Orloff Boutique Hotel, one of the historic Hydra mansions of the 18th century, is lovingly restored to an elegant, luxurious 4 star boutique hotel. What a delightful spot. Perfect location, just far away enough from the centre of town to avoid noise, but so easy to wander down in the morning. Has been so beautifully fitted out and the furniture/interiors are incredible. All the staff went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable - no question was too small or request too large. Breakfast was one of my highlights in the little courtyard - highly recommend the home-whipped yoghurt and muesli - so good! We wil 100% be back and would not hesitate to recommend this sanctuary to anyone wanting to visit Hydra.

Featuring a terrace, bar and views of city, FOS Hydra residence is located in Hydra, 800 metres from Avlaki Beach. This property was amazing. The location was perfect. We had everything we needed and the staff were so friendly. One of the best bookings I’ve ever made. So happy we found this place will definitely be back ! Thank you so much for our stay.

Lovely location and sweet hotel. The owners were very nice and extremely helpful. Great breakfast! The room was nice and clean. Easy walk to the port. I would stay again.

Set in Hydra, within 700 metres of Avlaki Beach and 2.1 km of Paralia Vlichos, Douskos Port House offers accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi throughout the property. A beautifully preserved traditional house right on the port, easily accessible on an island with no motorized transport. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were exceptional and welcoming, highly recommend for a short Hydra stay.
