A good size for two, well equipped with everything we needed.Enjoyed watching a couple of films of Netflix. We were sad to leave.

Mossman Gorge B&B is a traditional bed and breakfast in a rainforest setting. Beautiful property, an attraction on its own. Wonderful birdwatching and exceptional breakfast. Never felt as relaxed as in this paradise

Outrigger Apartments Port Douglas offers a heated saltwater swimming pool, a tropical garden and free Wi-Fi. The Outrigger is centrally located close to the beach and the marina for excursions on the water. Restuarants are only a few blocks away. There were lots of large trees on the property to provide important shade as well as a large natural stand of trees across the street. The bird life was prolific here which is so nice to see. The room was clean and beautiful with a well appointed kitchen allowing us to cook anything. The cupboards even had Tupperware containers to put leftovers in after eating. I liked the salt water pool instead of chlorine. Amanda and Peter were such helpful and gracious hosts. They did numerous bookings for us and provided information on excursions that we would not have known ourselves eg which ones are best, the weather forecast, eg. I would highly recommend the outrigger as a place to stay. The snorkeling on the outer reef is absolutely magical - you have to try it!

Featuring an outdoor heated pool and BBQ area with outdoor seating and tropical gardens, this hidden gem of a motel is just a 12-minute walk from Four Mile Beach. Aiden was super helpful with everything. From using his computer to upload fotos from a SD Card to booking good tours for us.
