In the hotel they use a pleasant fragrance that is not annoying for sensitive people. It was cold in Belgrade, but the heating is very efficient in the hotel. Perfect location, you can walk to all the places to visit in Belgrade. Next to the Bohemian Quarter and very good restaurants. Close to supermarkets, pharmacies and everything you may need. The staff is very attentive and friendly. I want to especially acknowledge Dunja for all of her help and guidance.

Novi Sad té una gran zona central de vianants amb molts bars i terrasses i ample oferta gastronòmica. La plaça de l'Ajuntament és la zona més interessant. També és digne de ser visitada la fortalesa a l'altra banda del Danubi. És una ciutat per una estada de mig dia.

Vam tenir un problema amb l'equipament de l'habitació i amb l'habitació reservada, però la noia que porta l'hotel ho va resoldre amb molta professionalitat (no es pot dir el mateix dels propietaris). Recomanable 100%.

We loved the spa facilities. Excellent saunas and their special architecture. Food OK but not as good as in Sarvar. Loved the green hills, forests and views of the Danube! We missed having tea on our tray. There was coffee and cocoa, but no tea. Liked the little gift shop near the reception. Liked the aesthetic decors. Thanks! 🙏🏿🌈🌹🌻🌸🌺

We were on our minimoon, once the hotel found out they have upgraded our room to a suite and we received a bottle of champagne. It was a lovely gesture, and made us feel special. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Couldn’t recommend more!
