This was an amazing hotel! The beautiful location at the foot of the mountain and at walking distance (downhill :) from Kitzbuhel centre, the cosy room(next time we would like a bigger one!), the views, the gardens, the rich and tasty breakfast (9 types of honey!), the spa but ABOVE ALL the staff with their attention to detail and care for all our needs!! Special thanks to Patricia at reception and the entire team of all the ladies and gentlement for everything they did to make this trip a memorable one! We will come back!!!

I had a delightful experience staying at Hotel Zimmermann. The host was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, providing valuable advice throughout my stay. The ambiance of the place is both neat and welcoming, with spacious and well-lit facilities. The highlight for me was definitely the great sauna and the convenient ski room, adding an extra touch of luxury to the experience. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Zimmermann for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the Kitzbühel area!

We arrived early but we could already check in. A big plus! Very friendly and helpful personnel everywhere. Huge room, nice mountain view and very dog friendly (our dog got snacks at check-in and a bowl and blanket in the room). Good bed, great shower. Lots of storage. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent just like breakfast. Lots of walking trails nearby so you could leave your car in the hotel and do everything by foot. Walking distance to Kitzbuhel centre with shops and restaurants as well.

It's hard to say which is more charming and welcoming--the decor and amenities of the apartment, or the warmth and hospitality of the hostess, Doris. Let's just say they complement each other, enabling us to have a wonderful experience in Kitzbuhel. The apartment shows an outstanding attention to detail, along with numerous design features that delight the eye and enhance the resident's comfort. It's a very comfortable flat that matches the beauty of its location.

The location was great, a mile outside of the center of Kitzbühel. It was an easy walk to and around the beautiful Schwarzsee, where the Wilden Kaiser range was stunning in the distance especially at sunset. The apartment was very clean, and exactly as pictured. We stayed with our two teenage boys and there was plenty of room. The keys were left in a lock box since we arrived after 5pm. Staff were present each day and were very friendly. We had a wonderful 3 night stay!

We visited Kitzbuhel for the 3rd time, but it was the first time we stayed in Hofhamos. We loved it and the kids want to come back to the same place . Great hospitality, very welcoming family. The apartment we moved in was very clean and spacious with everything you need for the family. Fresh milk every morning eggs and bread. Next to the apartment is also a great restaurant if someone like us doesn't have the energy to cook in the evening after all day skiing.

A beautiful boutique hotel in Kitzbuhel! The room was super clean, everything was so neat and cute, and we had all the amenities one might need. You can cook in the room since it is fully equipped. The breakfast was dreamy, everything fresh and delicious! Very good location as well. The bus stop is about 2min walk and there are frequent rides to Hahnemkamn, just outside the ski gondola. I highly recommend it!

Location was really good. Hotel is 5min drive away from Kitzbuhel city center and few minutes on foot to lake where you can enjoy nice morning or afternoon walks. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. We really liked the vibe of the hotel with smaller number of hotel rooms. Thus, if you look for quite place where to stay, this is it. Hotel's restaurant was also nice with tasty dishes.

The place is very near to Kitzbühel ( 2 min driving). The owner is very nice and kind person. She brought fresh bread every morning and was always helpful. The apartment was very clean, cozy and warm. The kitchen was everything you need, if you want to prep a meal. Everything was more than pleasant. We will definetely come back next time!

The place is very spacious and done with style. There is a parking just under the apartment. The owner made us feel very welcome, and we received great advice from her about the places to go in and around the town. I would definitely recommend this property for a comfortable stay in Kitzbühel.

Beautiful Hotel, in a great location, It was a pleasure having breakfast every morning looking at the snowy mountains, the breakfast was beautiful, nothing was too much trouble. The staff were amazing and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a trip to Kitzbuhel.

Great family owned and oriented hotel. Everyone who works there was so friendly. Good restaurant, very nice when it’s light outside with the glass roof. Our suite had great views of the mountains. Very well maintained historic property. Close to the main walkable areas of Kitzbühel.

The house is a beautiful, traditional Austrian beauty - with a cosy and homely setting. It’s location is amazing, only a couple minutes walk into town which is handy. On top of that, the staff were welcoming and extremely helpful, all in all a perfect stay in Kitzbuhel!

Everything was better than my expectations. Hotel staff was completely helpful and friendly. Check in-out process was very fast. Location is also very good. I strongly recommend this hotel to everybody and if I go Kitzbühel again I will definitely stay there.

Location a bit industrial and 4 km from kitzbuhel so need a car or you have to take your skis on local bus . Shops nearby but no great views . Near post office van depot and industrial units . Apartment newly renovated with good kitchen and bathroom

The apartment decor was nice and the location in a quiet area away from the tourist parts of Kitz. Close to the church and a short walk into Kitzbuhel's cobblestoned streets (which were being dug up when we were there!!)

The quality for the price was outstanding as most hotels in Kitzbühel start to be out of reach moneywise. The hotel was very quiet and cleand, and we were greeted and taken well care by the charming and nice host Maria.

The breakfast was excellent and staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close enough to the main lifts in Kitzbuhel but we ended up skiing from Resterhohe most days as the snow was better down there.

The space was bigger than we thought it would be. The main bedroom was a good size. The biggest surprise was the view. It was amazing, looking back over Kitzbuhel, especially at night with the town all lit up.

Everything was almost perfect except for minor details! The staff very polite and willing to help. The location is good for a hotel outside Kitzbühel! The rooms are clean and most of the facilities new!
