Opened in December 2014 and offering a spa and wellness centre on its top floor, Mountain Resort M&M is located in Finkenberg, just 200 metres from the closest cable car. This hotel exceeded all of my expectations! The owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The interior design was modern and sleek, creating a luxurious atmosphere. The highlight of the stay was definitely the rooftop jacuzzi and sauna - the perfect way to relax after a day of skiing. And the cherry on top? The hotel is conveniently located just steps away from the ski lift. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to come back!

Hotel Dornauhof is situated in Zillertal and surrounded by the beautifull nature of the Finkenberg Mountain. The hotel has a spacious spa centre. Amazing, cosy and warm hotel in the Alps. Close to lots of great hikes and not far from a fantastic golf course. The room was spacious and had well appointed. The restaurant was lovely, clean and the food was delicious. When we come back to western Austria we will definitely come back to this lovely place.

The breakfast is sublime. There is a wide selection. The dinner was also delicious, although a bit expensive. The Spa section is very cozy and really relaxing.

Set amidst the impressive Zillertal Alps, this 4-star hotel is only 2 km away from the Hintertux Glacier. The free ski and hiking bus stops right in front of the hotel. Probably the most conveniently organised and well-planned hotel I have ever stayed in. Starting with the check in and check out by the friendly staff, through the way that the ski-storage and transport to the gondola are organised, the amazing spa, the housekeeping team, the room features - really there is not one thing that was not thought of. In terms of meals: large variety of food was available at the buffet, the options were limitless. Really loved the fresh honey, as well as the possibility to make your own fresh juice mix. Every item was fresh and well prepared. All in all - there is nothing else I could ask for in a hotel for a ski vacation, or just a relaxing vacation in the mountains.

The apartment was recently renovated having modern furniture and bathroom equipment. It is close to the bus stop and convenience store. It takes you about 5-10 minutes with the car to get to the Hintertux glacier. The hosts were warm and welcoming and ready to help us with everything we needed.

Extremely friendly host. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is in a perfect location. It is close to the bus station, from where you can transfer to the gondola station for the Hintertux Glacier as well as other ski stations in the area.

I was staying in Hotel Neuwirt during my short stay in Finkenberg. The overall standard of the hotel and the service of the stuff were very satisfying. I can recommend stay there to all travelers. :) The room was very comfortable in very way, clean as well. Unfortunately I had stayed only one night before I started the Berliner Höhenweg trekking so I could not have enjoyed the hotel into its full potential. But I imagine the longer stays are as comfortable as one-night stay if not more :)

The short: We stayed 5 nights in February for skiing and were absolutely delighted and blown away by quality, friendliness and overall experience. We splurged a bit (got a suite with Glacier View) and do NOT regret a single dime, well: Euro we spent. Long version: It is amazing how this hotel has expanded over the years, yet it does not look boxy and imposing in this little quaint town. It's very high end and luxurious. It's situated on a hill (hence the "Hohenhaus" which means High-House) that adds to good views. They provide very efficient transportation to/from ski area, so you can forget your car for a few days. It runs in the morning non-stop or on demand, in the evening back to hotel starting 2pm. The food is phenomenal.There is no other word for it. We had planned to eat out at other places one or two nights but quickly gave up and simply stayed in each night. It’s either plated 5 course dinners or multi-course buffets. The quality is very high end yet very affordable. The staff is amazing (shoutout to Engelbert and Simon, our “head waiters” assigned to our table, both were super friendly, fast, efficient and attentive. Overall all are amazing, it’s not just “customer facing friendliness”, they simply enjoy their job & life, you can feel that. They provide free covered garage parking, cool The sauna “village” is amazing (7 Saunas) and spa/relaxing rooms, simply super chill

For me and my son it was a perfect ski holiday. The Hotel was exactly what we hoped for. Friendly staff and everyone was very helpful. The Check In and Check Out was easy. Our room was of a good size with a nice balcony and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the nice swimming and wellness Area after a day of skiing. The food was really good and to use the words of my son:" The best I had in a Hotel." Also the location is a super big plus of this Hotel. It is right there next to the Gondola. It has a parking garage and since you are so close to the ski area you can keep the car there the entire time of your holidays.
