The location was brilliant - so central to everything in Bath. We had dinner at The Ivy and were able to just walk there and back. Room was quite small but fine for our one night stay. This place is really pretty special in terms of character. The staff was especially good to deal with all around. The room was very good and the breakfast was great too.

The staff was friendly and helpful, when we asked about dining out or finding a laundromat. The full English breakfast was piping hot and delicious . There was also cereal and fruit on the side and lots of hot coffee, tea or cold beverages. We sat in the breakfast room and watched the boats go by. we also enjoyed the pub right downstairs for food and drinks.

The breakfast selection was unexpected; I had smoked salmon and superbly cooked scramble eggs. The lounge is very comfortable and the dining room is spacious. A guest information binder is very comprehensive including sightseeing opportunities with directions.
