Loved the atmosphere in the hostel. Ian made sure to make your stay as good as possible and helped us where needed for the Tongariro crossing. He gave us walking sticks to use and made sure we got to the start of the crossing and made it back! Couple of people live there long term who are really nice and love to chat. Would go back!

Raglan Backpackers er staðsett í Raglan, 2,8 km frá Ngarunui-ströndinni og státar af garði, sameiginlegri setustofu og sjávarútsýni. great facilities and location. thankful we could pop back and shower after our race. everything was clean and tidy with a fab atmosphere.

Tatahi Cove Back Packer er er staðsett í Hahei, 1,9 km frá Hahei-ströndinni og býður upp á gistingu með garði, ókeypis einkabílastæði og sameiginlegri setustofu. Gentleman was very friendly. He lent me a shovel and explained the right times to go to Hot Water Beach. Also gave a heads up that the carpark for Cathedral Cove was closed.

Haka Lodge Taupo features free unlimited WiFi and stunning views of Lake Taupo. It was awesome! thank you for making my stay so comfortable :) I will come back for sure!

Gististaðurinn er staðsettur við vatnið og býður upp á gistirými miðsvæðis í Taupo, í nokkurra mínútna fjarlægð frá stöðuvatninu. Location was close to the lake, the food, the supermarket, everything. Amenities (kitchen and laundry) were clean and well thought out. Enjoyed the girls only dorm with the extra perk of a private balcony.

Waitomo Homestead Cabins er með garð, sameiginlega setustofu, verönd og veitingastað í Waitomo Caves. Gististaðurinn er með bar og er í innan við 9,1 km fjarlægð frá Waitomo Glow Worm-hellunum. We didn't actually stay here as I had booked the wrong type of accommodation for us 3 older ladies. We needed 3 separate beds, an ensuite, and a small kitchen facility. The lovely lady at the desk however rang a motel in Otorohanga for us and booked us in there, which was much appreciated. So a big thanks to the lovely lady at the front desk.

Backpackers Central Hamilton offers accommodation in the centre of Hamilton, less than 5 minutes' walk from local shops, restaurants and cafes. Free WiFi and free lockers are provided. Your so nice to have my partner and I staying there the bed was so comfie and we thank you so much
