Fantastic building, perfect, safe location The room was cozy , clean , cleaned on daily basis, fantastic elevators, very helpful stuff. All in all this hotel has a well earned reputation. Taxis, shops, cable car just a stroll away.

The bed was super comfortable (especially after a long flight). The free tea and variety of coffee in the lounge. The helpful friendly staff. The location was very close for the hop on hop off red buss. The hotel let us store our luggage for the day while we did some sightseeing. The hotel let us use the lounge for a few hours before we left for the airport. They booked a taxi for us.

Service was very good . I was greeted with genuine warmth by your front desk staff. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist set a positive tone for my entire stay.

The hotel was located right in the heart of downtown San Francisco right next to the Crocker Galleria. There was a very pleasant rooftop garden for hotel guests to explore. My room was very quiet even though it was in the city centre. There was free coffee and tea available in the lobby in the morning as well as a special happy hour from 5 to 6 pm every evening for drinks. Staff were always very friendly and helpful.

Located in the heart of downtown San Francisco, this Hilton is conveniently situated crossroads of the Financial District, Chinatown, and North Beach. the location was perfect for us.We had a high floor with a view of the bay as requested thank you for filling our request. Front desk service 5 star. really enjoyed the entire experience, We come to San Fran once a year and The Hilton is our new favorite.
