Situated conveniently in the centre of New York, Hard Rock Hotel New York offers air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a restaurant. Location, friendliness of staff, cleanliness, Beautiful hotel, concierge was exceptional, coffee shop in lobby was great, restaurant staff friendly but selection of food could have been better was expensive.

Its much better than reviews. New lovely clean rooms. Super comfy bed. Unbeatable position!!! Never waited for the lift more than 1 min. Very helpful reception staff!

Sandy was fantastic at the front desk. Easy to work with and a pleasure to talk to. This hotel is wonderful, location, cleanliness, everything. All the staff including Alyssa and Randy are excellent as well as the offered amenities. Beds were very comfortable.

Located 322 metres from Times Square, Michelangelo features a 24-hour fitness centre and complimentary WiFi. The Staff throughout the building are amazing... Specifically Teodoro, Cesar, and Shawn.... They make you feel at home and like you are part of a family, there. The location of the hotel is perfect for what we needed. We had never been to NYC before, so being so close to Broadway and Time Square was Ideal

Each room here offers seasonal air-conditioning, free WiFi, a coffee maker, cable TV, and a private bathroom with a bathtub. - location is amazing - atmosphere of the hotel is stunning (it used to be woman club) - balcony overviewing the cathedral -there is also a ballroom - very nice staff - very clean I will definitely come back!
