Everything was excellent from the pick up at the airport, the check-in, the staff, the facilities, the breakfast to the check out. In total we stayed 8 nights and loved every minute of it. I just want to stress again how incredible the staff were - great customer service is no longer guaranteed everywhere in Bangkok and the tram here was incredible.

Nine Design Place is set in the Siam district in Bangkok, 200 metres from Jim Thompson's House (Museum). The rooms are equipped with a flat-screen cable TV. I like it that it's easy to go to and it's close to many things -- big malls, a few tourist places, trains, etc. The staff are courteous, friendly and accommodating. I specifically picked this place because I want to feel that I am in Thailand when I am in it instead of feeling like I'm any random, modern hotel. We especially liked the breakfast and the mango sticky rice they gave us in one afternoon. Most of all, I liked the personal touch and the other small things they did to make our stay comfortable and memorable.
