Our hotel was situated near the city, most parts were within walking distance. Hotel staff and food were amazing. The rooms were spacious and many things to do in the hotel. 10/10

The room is well maintained smells good everything is clean . For the service , in the reception I did not like their way of talking especially ladies you feel like they are paying from their pocket , it’s like they are paying for their smile . I asked for a late check out , hamdoulah I talked to a lady called CHAIMAE she is helpful and friendly to me she is the best in there . for the guys they are all good compared to the other ladies . In my opinion this is the best hotel in Marrakech , ladies needs to improve their attitude

Hotel Jadali & Spa es un alojamiento de 5 estrellas que se encuentra en Marrakech, a 1,9 km de Plaza Yamaa el Fna, y que dispone de piscina al aire libre, centro de fitness y restaurante. Exceptional staff who went out of their way to take care of all our needs and necessities. They all spoke good English which was a plus. We had a super early check out at 5 am and the staff packed breakfast for us, to go. they even packed a cup of milk for our little toddler. So thoughtful and sweet. Clean rooms. Great location!
