The reception staff went well beyond the norm to make us feel incredibly welcome and I felt comfortable leaving my classic car in their watch as well which I'm nervous of leaving unnatended... 11 out of 10 for top class service... Thank you so much I had a really restful and pleasant time, even though they were megga busy too which is always a challenge... Total legends and of course tip accommodation and perfect location ...

Situated in Gold Coast and only 400 metres from Broadbeach, Encore Broadbeach features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. New development an easy walk to Broadbeach shops, restaurants and of course the beach. Stayed on 11th floor and got great views. We flew in over night and arrived at 9am and ere allowed to check in early which was fantastic. Decent size rooms and very clean.

Everybody in the staff is kind , very professional and available and they are good advice for little known activities. perfect stay in every way. This will be our hôtel everytime. Thanks a lot.
