The property was overall a pleasant place to stay in. The family room was spacious enough for the 4 of us. Hotel was quiet and everyone staying there respected the privacy of one another. I am also very glad there were no crying babies when we were there. Food/breakfast at the hotel was great too. Thankful we had staff like Jap and Pop to answer all our enquiries while we were there.
Providing free WiFi and a garden, Garden View Resort Tonsai offers rooms in Tonsai Beach, 500 metres from Tonsai Beach and 600 metres from Pai Plong Beach.

Good central location, hotel was mostly empty due to low season. Mosque nearby with excellent food choices.

Everything was amazing, the more private pool access was such a treat and the staff were so friendly and attentive. Felt so luxurious. Beach shuttle very handy and loved the morning of free yoga!

The hotel is good enough - nothing to complain really apart from the fact that it feels old and for what you pay I expect a better bed a better bathroom etc - also Tonsai beach is mainly for climbers as the beach is not so beautiful - if you want beautiful beaches then go to some islands - if you want to climb then Tonsai is perfect for you

I love this area of Thailand.
I love this area of Thailand. Having stayed at Railay Beach 3 times previously I was unsure about trying Tonsai Beach but I'm so pleased we did. Would definitely choose Tonsai and Tinidee Resort in future.

I enjoy the peace and quiet and the garden/jungle setting of the resort. I think the only drawback is for senior or less agile visitors in that access is only by long tail boat but if you landed on the 6th of June 1944 in Normandy then you've done it all before at this time nobody is shooting at you. I think most people enjoy the boat rides but be prepared to get wet.

Great for a little day visit but wouldn’t recommend to stay here.
Unless you are climbing or want a happy shake then there isn’t much else to do and the area is very basic and not developed enough to cope with the amount of tourists.

The swimming pool was good and cabins as well, the staff was lovely.
Insects everywhere during night time but that is usual in the jungle, so just make sure you have your repellent with you.
The location is magic, just near to the resort there are a couple of bars where you can chill out with good music in a good environment, there are also flame jugglers.
The beach is amazing with a really good view of Railay but quieter than this, there is a path which connects both beaches. Really good place fro climbers too.
