Host greeted us at the door and spent a lot of time making sure we had everything we needed and how to get to the sites we wanted to see. Host left us lots of nice breakfast foods to make breakfast and have snacks. The property was secluded and quiet with a pool.

The apartment was in a great location - right by Ostia Antica and close to the airport to catch our early-morning flight. It was a very nice apartment and the only regret is that we only spent our last night there!
The family-run Ostia Antica Suite B&B is located 0.6 mi from archaeological area and 2.5 mi from the beach. It offers air-conditioned rooms with balcony, free Wi-Fi, and LCD TV.

Room was clean, but difficult to access the area if you have a car its a better option
On second thought, we must add more to our review.
On second thought, we must add more to our review. We asked before booking about the time to get to the airport(for a very early flight), and the reply was "It only takes 15 minutes and we'll show you when you get here." It seemed okay, so we booked. But, in fact, it was 40 minutes, in just regular traffic. And, the cost was by taxi for 37 euros. We had to run through the airport and arrived at the gate with only 10 minutes to spare!! Very stressful and unfair to us.
When it said breakfast provided, we had to prepare it for ourselves. Also, the night before, we were told that the little town had several options for purchasing dinner but the options were closed. The place to buy ticket for the bus was closed, so we walked back the 1 km., maybe more, to get back. The hosts didn't seem to think about this.
The kindness nature of the hosts made us accept the situation with good humor and we tried to be positive. However, in hindsight, we were disappointed. Although thee accommodations itself and the hosts welcome was fine, we regret to say we cannot recommend booking here.

I was visiting to watch the Italy V Wales Six Nations game in Rome. I honestly could not believe what an archaeological historic area Ostia Antica is. So glad i found the time to visit the Roman ruins.

The owners were a lovely Italian couple who spoke enough english for us all to understand each other. Their home is in a great location that allowed us to walk to the ruins in Ostia Antica and to a place for dinner. I was near Christmas and the home was decorated nicely.
Their grandson drove us to the airport, for a charge of course, and we arrived in plenty of time for our flight.
We would stay there again, and recommend it to others.

We stayed one night.
We stayed one night.
It was a clean and comfortable place, the staff were helpful and friendly.
the transfer to the airport was easy and short.
the onsite resturant was good.
we did not have time to use any of the other facilities.
the included breakfast was a little sparce, just cake, pastry, juce and coffee.
the advertised glutin free options were not very obvious, however we did get 2 small packs of very nice busicuts for breakfast, that the waitress found out the back.
all in all a nice place for a stop over.

The archaeological site is enormous and slightly overwhelming; 5-6 hours was enough for me, although a second visit would have been good. There are some amazing sites there including mosaic flooring, some of which is unrestored and I was surprised to find it actually underfoot. The cafe in the site served lovely salads and hot dishes, not too pricey.
I didn't explore the town but ate at a good bistro for reasonable cost.
A fantastic single night stay. I arrived in Rome a bit late and wanted to stay near the airport, and I'm glad I did! The couple who own the place were very helpful, their airport shuttle was reasonably priced and they were kind enough to give me a ride to a restaurant for dinner as well! There are also several adorable and friendly cats at the property--they weren't pushy, so it wouldn't be an issue if you don't like cats or are allergic, but if you do like cats (like me) you get a big bonus to your visit!
This was the first place we stayed at during our trip to Rome.
The place was relatively close to the airport and, even though our flight was delayed and only arrived later in the night, we managed to agree on a later check-in time and they picked us up at the airport!
The place itself was everything we needed for our first night. But the true recommendation for this place comes from the hospitality of the owners. They went above and beyond with everything to make us feel right at home in Italy!
Quiet location was excellent for touring ruins and overnight stay before flying out of Rome airport. Host was wonderful, all conducted by WhatsApp, even helped with scheduling cab to airport. Restaurants and store within steps of apartment. Host provided bottled water, coffee and breakfast treats, and even had milk in refrigerator. Very clean and thoughtfully appointed. Air conditioning was great in July heat. Would like to go back for longer stay.
It is a brand new apartment with first class interior. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The owners are really nice. It is a bit away from Rome city center but there is a trainstation in 500m from there you can travel to the city center for 1.50€ or even better get a day ticket for 7€ where you can travel unlimited the whole day and explore Rome.
Breakfast was optional, mainly cornetos/croissants and coffee, so nice to be able to pay for only what we ate. Pool looked clean. Safe in room was bolted down, unlike several places we stayed. Staff very helpful about local restaurants and setting up shuttle to airport, but $50 for 20 min ride is highest we experienced in Italy or Greece.
Our host was super helpful and provided great local information about transit and local history. The B&B is located in a quaint medieval village close to the Ostia Antica historic site and is easily reached from Rome by public transportation.
It was also easy to reach the Rome airport from this location.
The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. From check-in to check-out, they were polite and attentive to my needs. They provided helpful recommendations and were always available to assist me with any requests or inquiries.
The room was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable,
The exceptionally kind and efficient host made the stay such a pleasure. There is an exceptionally beautiful historic area at the property’s doorstep. Staying in this property offers an exceptional opportunity to explore a part of Ancient Rome which is a bit off the beaten track.
The owners was absolutely brilliant and couldn’t be helpful enough. The property was very near to the train and bus links. Also near the centre of the area with bars and restaurants and the beautiful and historic Ostia Antica ruins.
Clean place with everything you need. We liked the stay here. Host was in touch all the time and helped with questions we had about the apartment. Cafes and supermarket near the place as well as the public transport station.
Absolutely beautiful view by the water always able to witness a glowing sunset! spacious for a boat and a comfy bed to sleep on. As a spontaneous decision to stay as the way to end my trip in Rome, it was magnificent!
Beautiful apartment right inside the Borgo, beside the church and castle, easy walk to the ruins. Lovely restaurants nearby, simple instructions for entry on arrival, everything was fantastic.
Vincenzo is the great Hoster! We feel ourselves very comfortable! The house is in quite place, but near the Roma and the see. Can recommend to everyone 👍
