Zadar is a very nice city on the Adriatic sea with all the facilities you need. The old town is really marvelous. We will surely returm to Zadar and apartments Basioli. We were very satisfied with the apartment and the friendly and helpfull owners.

Brilliant city, we only had a few days and wished we had longer. I’d say you need a car to get around but because we didn’t need to use public transport I can’t really comment on how good it is. Loads to see and do, went with a young family and they loved the sea organs!

Zadar is such a gem, I cannot recommend this city enough.
Zadar is such a gem, I cannot recommend this city enough. I visited in early April and the weather was fantastic but there were not many tourists so that was a positive. All shopkeepers, waiters, and people in hospitality/tourism I spoke with were all so friendly. Zadar is an ancient city interesting for all kinds of tourists during the whole year. It offers beautiful historical spots in the old town and beautiful beaches nearby. We only spent one nice here but had a great time. We drove from Rijeka. Turned our cars in at the airport and ubered back to our Hotel. The city has a cool young vibe. Went to a cool outdoor bar and Bistro mere steps from our hotel. Very enjoyable city.RobinUnited States - 10Scored 10
Zadar is a beautiful city.
Zadar is a beautiful city. There is so much to see and enjoy. Sunsets were breathtaking. So many lovely cafes, bars & restaurants & all very reasonably priced. The apartment was perfect, spacious and very well equipped. For anyone who wants to self cater, there is a more than an adequate supply of pots, pans, crockery and other cooking & serving utensils. Furnishings are very comfortable. The apartment is a 15-20 minute walk from the Old Town. I found it to be a safe & easy walk. It was nice, after a day sightseeing, to return to a quiet residential area. A bit like a home away from home. The owners were there to greet me when I arrived and they were very welcoming and helpful. I would be very happy to return to Stunning apartment and to recommend it to family & friends.

A choice of made-to-order omelets or pancakes...but a buffet that was more than enough even without the warm items. The location can't be beaten- in the centre of the old town and everything on your doorstep. The apartment was modern, recently renovated and spotless. The bathroom in particular was lovely and the shower pressure was great. The host, Vladimir, was very friendly, easy to communicate with and offered a flexible check in time.
