One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed at. Every single member of staff made mine and my nieces stay perfect. The people are genuinely friendly, and look like they love their job. Wonderful location, especially to Plitvice national park - there is a side road to entrance P3 ferry that you can walk to and not worry about going to entrances 1 or 2, pay for parking etc. This route was not advertised anywhere and the front desk folks told us about it. Good onsite restaurant with free breakfast and other meals (paid). On site mini zoo (they have dogs, rabbits, goats, pony, pigs etc) and play areas would be a kick for families with small kids. Staff were very friendly.
