Friendly staff with good breakfast and really good size of the room for a family.
I travel here for work on a regular basis. There is not a lot here. Its just a dormitory zone for airport hotels. There is a small town, its very local, but there are restaurants including a good Italian and of course a Friterie !

It is very convenient when you have to work in the area and also have a plane to catch shortly. It is also a quite green neighborhood with buses 12 and 21 and trains (Dieghen railway station) taking you to the city center in only 20 minutes more or less.

Every experience was great. if I had to complain about anything which would be hard, it would simply be that there was no coffee making facility in the room. but the hotel experience was great and the staff were amazing.

Diegem is on the outskirts of Brussels, close to the international airport. You don't go there to see Diegem, you go there because it's close to the airport.
That said, Brussels is great, and well worth spending a day or two tasting beers and waffles.

Location with close proximity to the airport was excellent.
Location with close proximity to the airport was excellent. The only problem was the difficulty in getting a taxi at the train station to take us to the hotel. Taxi company refused to send a taxi to the main entrance of the train station unless I could provide a specific street address (i.e., name and number).

The hotel is very close to the airport, so it's suitable if you have to be very early in the morning in the airport, because one bus takes you from the hotel to the airport for free every 30 minutes. If your plan it is going to the center of Brussels the hotel is far away and the bus service is scarce and long delayed!
This hotel really exceeded our expectations. The value for the price is incredible, considering how conveniently located it is, and the quality of the room. Our room was modernly updated, very clean, and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed. It's one of the nicer hotels I've stayed at that is right next to a major airport, so I would definitely stay here in the future.
The Diegem train station is literally across the street, so it is very easy to get back and forth to the city.
I stayed one night before flying out of Brussels Airport. This hotel had a simple, small room which is all that I needed. It was quiet for being close to the airport, and I especially liked the restaurant and bar. The restaurant has a small menu, but you can get Belgian beer on tap and some Belgian staples, and the food was surprisingly good for an airport hotel. I recommend you take the train from the hotel to the airport, as the closest train station is only a 5-minute walk.
The hotel has excellent location for someone that has work to do in Diegem or with any of the nearby companies. It has a train station in a 5min walk radius which is connected to the Central station via a 18min train ride. The hotel is focused on business people and work related matters and not for families / vacation.
The food was excellent and high quality and the lobby and conference rooms look very nice.
Racist manager will never stay here again. The other staff was great but the manager was very racist and talked down on me and was extremely rude. The hotel itself was fine. I stayed here two days. The first day was fine and the staff was great . The second day when I checked in with the manager , he was the absolute worst ever. I would never give my money again to this specific ibis location.
Everything went well from the welcoming staff and the Hotel itself, that is modern and eclectic, it has a great bar and restaurant and a beautiful patio , it has foosball and Pool table along with many sitting areas at the lobby, it exceeded my expectations for a Hotel near the Airport, it is 15 minutes by car from mini europe and the Atomium , two great attractions in Brussels.
Easy shuttle in front of hotel for excellent airport access. If you want to be close to attractions, stay at grand place - or easily use the bus line here at hotelas we did. You can get a day buss pass for $7.50 euro, & use small grocery store at the airport for cheap $1.50 croissant, cheese, meats, fruits, etc. the breakfast at the hotel is large but $25 each.
Very nice room - stylish bathroom, comfortable bed, big screen TV with lots of free channels in various languages. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice (cooked and cold). Good location - 10 minute walk from Diegem station (for trains to/from central Brussels) and if you don't have much luggage it is possible to walk to/from the airport in less than an hour.
I like the hotel a lot. The staf is excellent. I was sorry they no longer offer the airport shuttle. However, they do provide taxis efficiently and on time (just have to pay twenty or thirty euros). I think it is pricey. But I like staying there a lot, as said, and it matches the prices of the other nearby hotels.
Very close to the airport. Convenient if you need to book a room that would ensure you will reach Brussels airport within 10 min (bus station really close - the bus stops directly at the airport). Quite cheap - so you know from the start it would not offer anything but basic.
I often stay here. the parking is good for a van or HGV. the rooms are small but adequate, always clean.
the restaurant serves good food, at reasonable prices. the bar is good, well stocked and friendly. good breakfast.
I will always use this hotel in Brussels
The hotel is very nicely rennovated. Did not expect this from Holiday Inn. The newly rennovated and stylish rooms make such a difference. Clean and well laid out. The bed was super confortable-- noticed the nicer sheets. Well done!
Hotel is located comfortably to stay during long transfer between flights. The room was clean and comfortable with all required amenities. Breakfast was good and various enough. I had a good rest between my flights.
We had an amazing stay. The room was beautiful and clean. The personnel was very friendly and helpful and made this stay even better! If you’re ever looking to stay near Brussels airport this is the place to be!
Modern hotel not far away from the airport. Clean, equipped, in a quiet area on the edge of the city. Excellent breakfast.
There’s a bus coming to the airport, otherwise (at night) one needs a taxi.
Usually staying several time a year. Reasonable value for money although this time the rate was higher. Hotel and bedlinen clean. Helpful staff, good reception service H24. Parking.
