We enjoyed our stay so much, three days wasn't anywhere near long enough. The weather was mild and sunny, it's not much of a drive to activities and wineries & is beautiful enough if you prefer to stay put and relax.

Lovely safe beach with huge shark net and often saw dolphins. Long jetty to walk or ride the train to the end and interesting underwater observatory. Good shopping but parking could be a problem. We had meals at the Goose, on the foreshore and Shelter Brewing

The picturesque Jetty area is a fantastic hub for all ages and offers eating and drinking venues. Had many happy memories of holidaying in the area as a child and it still never disappoints.
If you like the good food pub vibe be sure to venture a bit further off the beach to The Esplanade in Marine parade and browse the shops in Queen street. Busso has really grown up as a tourist town

it is a lovely busy beachside town, the beaches and landscaping along the foreshore is amazing, very clean.
There was a cruise ship in when we were there.
We had dinner and breakfast at The Goose restaurant
Also a casual breakfast at the Shelter pub.
Pet friendliness -it's good for dogs and dogs are welcome! The garden really worked well for them and the hosts has thought through what doggie parents need. The house had everything we needed, it was well equipped and Marilyn had left some nibbles and wine which we re very much appreciated. She was very helpful when we couldn't find the air conditioner controller! The car (Toyota Fortuner) just fitted into shaded parking. Great to have Netflix which we don't have at home! Nice to be asked to feed the fish. who were very hungry!
The property is ideally located with a 5 minute walk to the fabulous beach and a 12 minute walk into Busselton. The area is very quiet and the property was extremely well stocked with all amenities. The outdoor area was very pleasant to sit in and read a book, have a coffee or glass of wine. The bathrooms were an excellent size and the kitchen fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery - all you could possibly need on a holiday. Wi Fi and access to Netflix were great.
Location is good. The ocean is at the end of the block. It’s also in striking distance of Busselton town centre and Dunsborough. My wife and I liked the room layout and the hotel’s facilities, pools, gym and games room, crèche. Overall we were pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend The Sebel, West Busselton. I needed a new belt just before a wedding and the lady at reception suggested a store and I was able to get the belt and make it the wedding on time! Many thanks.
We expected the Accommodation to be a little awkward (being a guesthouse; sharing common areas with other patrons), but it exceeded our expectations!
Check in was seamless, and no hassles. The room was lovely! The bed was HUGE!! and comfy. Cold water in the fridge. Beautiful location and quick walk to the social hotspots of Busselton.
Will definitely stay again.
The townhouse was huge and clean when we took over. Kitchen was well equipped with all sorts of devices and condiments. Rooms and beds were comfy. Master bedroom had a fantastic view and balcony. Heating across the house was adequate. Having 3 toilets (2 with showering) was fantastic. Nice and quiet area though not too far from the Busselton town area.
A lot of space, love the sun roof bringing in plenty of light in the day. The place offers all the necessity you need. It is also very near to Busselton Jetty. It was also thoughtful to have a baby highchair provided for as well. Graham provided all the necessary information needed before we checked in. Definitely appreciate the complimentary wine!
Beautifully renovated room, lovely staff & located a 15 minute walk from the town. We stayed in the deluxe apartment and it was so spacious and the kitchenette was well stocked. Very comfy bed & sofa. We will definitely be returning here next time we’re in Busselton!
The help, Eddy was fabulous. The distance to an from the foreshore. The car park was spacious to unload. The ramp to the house number 11 was really useful for a pram. The washing machine an dryer were fantastic however not in the property, worth the $5 to use though.
Great facilities for the kids including tennis courts, playground and heated indoor pool. Our bathrooms and kitchen were clean and the beds freshly made. Great location close to the beach and in between Busselton and Dunsborough.
Handsome beach house that’s beautifully furnished and well-stocked. Convenient located near to Busselton foreshore. Perfect place to for large family getaways during IronMan race season.
Indoor pool could use an update but was still good space. The rooms were clean and the couch was reasonable. The shower door didnt close properly but I would stay again.
Great location, and hotel with good facilities. Our rooms was spacious and clean. Very comfortable beds. Restaurant was amazing. Staff very professional and attentive,
House was well maintained plenty of space for the whole family kids had a blast the facilities at the resort are great and having the shop next door is super handy.
