The pools are nice and so is the fitness area, but the later is a bit small and thus gets crowded quite easily, which we didn't care for too much. Whenever we had questions, the host replied and helped us very quickly. Location wise, there is a supermarket really near it and a crepe place too (+ other lovely restaurants), and a Starbucks (if you like to get a coffee fast). Main bus and tram stations are just 20 min walk away and all the high streets are very close by.

The public transportation that connects La Laguna to Santa Cruz is just around the corner
