Went early to ask about where the parking was & was met at reception by a lovely lady called Joy. Wonderful service from Joy, other hotels/motels should maybe have a look to see how customers should be welcomed to their establishments. Thank you Joy for making things so easy, even called us to advise that our room was even ready for whenever we liked. Clean & tidy from the entrance right up to the rooms. Service staff we met in the corridors were lovely & friendly as well & thank you for doing such a great job/service. ;)

Loved the location overlooking the golf course. Quiet, beautiful. Cottage was amazing. Lovely layout and beautiful modern facilities. Would go there again in a heartbeat and highly recommend. Lyn was an excellent host and very accommodating.

The property is perfectly located, its very spacious, modern, clean and everything works. They have secure parking for the car. Its walking distance to everything we needed. I would stay there again.

Sunrise Accommodation, que cuenta con jardín y zona de barbacoa, dispone de alojamiento en Whakatane con wifi gratis y vistas a la montaña. Very well equipped, spacious accommodation. One of the best we stayed in during our 2 weeks travelling South and North Islands. Helpful, friendly hosts. Would happily recommend.
