We were very well accommodated as soon as we stepped foot at the airport! The transportation was easy to find and we had no problems getting to the property as they sent very thorough directions and had continuous buses coming every half an hour. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from of various ethnicity's. There were lots of sights to see and the city was very clean. One issue, we found many pizza places do not offer sit down eating, they are carry out.

"Visiting Richmond, BC was an absolute pleasure and left me with unforgettable memories of a vibrant and welcoming destination. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the city's charm and diversity.
Richmond's rich cultural tapestry was evident everywhere I went, from the bustling streets filled with eclectic shops and restaurants to the beautiful parks and gardens that offered a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
One of the highlights of my visit was exploring Richmond's renowned culinary scene. With its diverse population, the city boasts an array of dining options representing cuisines from around the world. From indulging in mouthwatering dim sum in the bustling Golden Village to savoring freshly caught seafood at Steveston's waterfront eateries, every meal was a culinary adventure.
I was also impressed by Richmond's dedication to preserving its natural beauty and heritage. Steveston Village, with its historic buildings and picturesque waterfront, offered a glimpse into the city's past as a bustling fishing village. Additionally, the lush gardens of the Richmond Nature Park provided a serene setting for leisurely strolls and birdwatching.
Throughout my stay, I was struck by the warmth and hospitality of the locals. Whether chatting with shop owners in the vibrant Asian malls or receiving recommendations from friendly residents while exploring the city, I felt welcomed and embraced by the community.
In summary, my recent visit to Richmond, BC was a truly enriching experience filled with delicious food, captivating sights, and genuine hospitality. I would highly recommend this destination to anyone seeking a dynamic and culturally rich travel experience. I can't wait to return and continue exploring all that this wonderful city has to offer!"

I want my card refunded immediately as I requested that I be allowed to visit my brother at the property with an extra person , I was never refused prior To my arrival and I had asked prior to my original nite then I reiterated that on the 2nd booking I would likely still he in need of that privilege and the management never responded negatively so I brought my brother over and we arrived at 0200am and that was fine but the management seen my guest enter with me and although I was never told at anytime I couldn't entertain my guest, and we weren't causing any problems or noise but my guest and I were kicked out around 0230am and a separate Tenant threatened to physically harm us and we had disagreed with management but we were still following there exit request so it was very traumatic and I want a full refund for NY $120 plus nite in the cold Richmond, BC STREETs!!!! Now please, No delay!!!

If you have a rental car, Richmond is convenient for proximity to airport and access to the highways to connect to nearby districts. Chinese restaurants which I visited did not disappoint. I had to take away at Kirin which do not welcome lone diners. They told me they were full because I didn’t have a reservation.
Whilst waiting for my takeaway order, they took in a party of 5 who had no reservations. They spoke in Chinese which I understood. Not a very nice restaurant but dim sum items were tasty.
BBQ master serves authentic HK style roast meats. I had chicken and duck with rice which was excellent.

It's in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood.
It's in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. The host showed me the short cut to the bus stop which is a big help. It's easy to navigate for public transportation . A head up for the future travellers when you check in you have to pay $50 deposit for the key, the host will return the deposit to you when you check out.
This is a small hotel, with very clean room. As it is small, you do not have lots of clients, so not much noise.
You can park your car for free : you just have to register it at check-in.
You can leave your luggage at reception if you arrive before check-in time.
And also the procedure if you arrive after the end of check-in time (11pm).
There is a supermarket and a couple of restaurants nearby if needed. We tested a good Fish&Chips restaurant 250m from the hotel.
The area is very quiet and safe , as it is in Richmond
Four adults traveling from different three cities on both the East and West Coasts of the US and all heading to Whistler. This hotel was in precisely the right location, IN VANCOUVER AIRPORT, to enable us to fly in on different airlines and different schedules, gather together, collect ourselves, and get a decent rest before heading into the mountains. I wish every airport hotel in the world was like this one!
I had a really great stay at Grand Park Hotel Vancouver Airport. Even though I read several reviews that made me worry about the conditions of the hotel, I am able to say that it exceeded all my expectations and I had a good overall experience. The staff was very helpful, the wifi connection worked perfectly, it was all very clean and comfy, and the shuttle service was on time and very convenient.
The room was big enough for 4 people - 2 Queen beds. It is 15 min drive away from the airport. The hotel offers a
24 hour complementary shuttle bus (I arrived at midnight). The room was quiet. There is a coffeemaker (or tea) in
the room as well as a microwave. The beds are comfy. Even after midnight the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The price is reasonable for Vancouver airport!
We stayed in the Deluxe King room. It was spacious and the amenities were awesome! We loved the soaking tub and the heated bathroom flooring. The bed was comfy and the cleaning crew always did a fantastic job. The front desk staff and the valet (CAD$38 per night) were friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located by the airport and many malls in Richmond. Highly recommend!
This is primarily an airport hotel but I used it for its ready access to the Canada Line rapid transit line that gives quick and easy access to downtown Vancouver, without having to pay downtown prices or face downtown hassles. The room was very clean and comfortable and relatively quiet (it is under the flight path of an airport runway but I was not disturbed by the aircraft).
If you need a place just for a end(beginning)-of-the-day shower and a bed to sleep (e.g., I checked-in at 9:30pm and left at 8am), and can afford a ~40 min commute to/from downtown Vancouver, then this pod hotel should do the job really well. It's minimalist for sure, but then again, what does one need for a less than 12 hrs stay?
It was the most reasonably priced accommodation I could find near Vancouver airport. Hotels were in the $480 per night range with taxes which is outrageous! (that compares with $135 per night at the Comfort Inn at Calgary airport including free breakfast and shuttle.)
Space is huge with attached bathroom, kitchen, living room, with own balcony. Free wifi. Free to use shampo, conditioner, shower gel, towels. Bus available 405 going to Richmond Brighouse Canada Metro line. The owner is nice and helpful. Quick answers on inquiries.
The hotel is super-convenient to the Vancouver airport, about a 10-15 minute drive via free hotel shuttle. Our room turned out to be a suite, with full kitchen - would probably be great for a longer stay in the Vancouver area.
You can’t beat the convenient location. Walkable to many Asian supermarkets, malls, restaurants.
There is a Sky train to downtown Vancouver and free shuttle to airport. Hotel keeps parking lot and entrance to hotel neat.
Arrived very early from across Canada train. Hotel was gracious to prepare a room for me immediately and to offer me breakfast while I waited. Very near huge shopping mall with large food court for other meals.
Stay in Vancouver prior to our flight back to the UK. Very close location and hotel offered a free shuttle service to the terminal. Room was very acceptable - good size and facilities.
Clean hotel in quite location, approximately 15 mins drive from Vancouver airport. Although its situated out of any place of interest, they have a few restaurants within 5 mins walk.
The staff at La Quinta were friendly, kind and helpful. The room was clean and I found the bed comfortable. Both of these things are really important to a stay at a Hotel.
Beautiful hotel in the perfect location for access to Vancouver via public transportation. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The restaurant has excellent food!
