I love everything! We stayed for 7 nights and it is our home away from home (in luxury!). The rooms are modern, clean and exactly what was on the photo. The staff Sayed (not sure of spelling) was very helpful on our stay, he went above and beyond. One time, he lent us the card for the trains so all we have to do us top it up. The hotel is about 15 mins walk to Florya station which can take you to Sultahnahmet/Taksim/Blue mosque/bagdhat street with one transfer. It is a peaceful neighborhood and gives you a bit if local experience as this is away from the centre. If you want a comfortable stay, being able to cook home-cooked meals and loves staycation, this is the place to be.

Not an issue for us but for those who have big luggages, the property has no lifts. We are on the third floor (luxury three bedroom), so just be careful with going /coming up with heavy luggage.

The valet parking was a nice and convenient touch in such a dense town. The indoor cave swimming pool and sauna were very pleasant. The view from the terrace was gorgeous and the gardeners’ work is stunning.

The restaurant’s menu was creative and diverse but the execution was sometimes lacking. The staff was kind and helpful but sometimes their limited English (especially at the restaurant) made communication difficult. We were given two individual beds pulled together to make a double bed which meant it was a little lumpy. There was only one plug near the bed, difficult for two people to charge phones at night.

We paid for the transfer from the hotel to the airport, but the hotel could not provide us with transport at the right time and refused to refund the money, we had to leave the hotel a few hours earlier. Don’t even have time for breakfast and enjoy all the delights of this hotel
