Positive section of review
The location was perfect. Close to the airport which was what we needed as we arrived very late in the evening. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. All you need to make a decent cup of coffee was there. Also there was chilled water in the fridge plus butter and jam, which was useful in the morning. Local Lidl in a walking distance was a bonus. The host was very helpful as well. Would recommend to everyone

We had a fantastic stay at Iriana Suites! The location was absolutely perfect – right in the heart of everything and boasting the most stunning sunset views. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome; a special shoutout to Kevin for his exceptional service. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was incredible. Highly recommend Iriana Suites for a memorable stay.

While we loved many aspects of Iriana Suites, there were a few areas for improvement. Given the premium price tag for Room 101, the Honeymoon Suite, we expected a bit more 'wow factor' in terms of amenities or special touches. Unfortunately, the proximity to PK Cocktail Bar meant loud music and vibrations kept us up until the early hours most nights. Lastly, the shower in our room had inconsistent water pressure, sometimes requiring us to turn it on and off multiple times to get any water flow. Addressing these issues could elevate the overall guest experience.

The breakfast was good and was served by a very friendly lady. The coffee was particularly good and there was a range of teas including English Breakfast tea. The view was not bad and there is a beach just across the road but we didn't try this out as we were there to see the castle which is spectacular.

Unfortunately the bathroom was not as good as we had hoped, althought it was quite adequate, but we understand that this is in any case going to be improved soon.

The hotel has the potential to be lovely, the idea of the hotel is good, nice location. Some rooms are lovely and the Kids Club and Spa is excellent. Room service choice and service is excellent. The pool area and service at the beach is lovely.

The initial room we were given, which was a deluxe suite with private pool, had no view except a building site by the entrance door, the furniture indoor and out was not as described, but the concierge did everything they could to remedy this by moving us to an upgraded room which was lovely. The food in the buffet was very mediocre and very cold. The restaurants had the potential to be good. Too long a wait on the second day for lunch, we were there for nearly 2 hours and in the end my husband left with no main course as he had an appointment at the spa, but it was very busy. The first meal we had in the blue dong was absolutely amazing, the second meal was like night and day, 30 minutes before we got a drink, half the menu had run out, so very disappointing. The restaurant manager runs around and works in every restaurant, seemingly a little overworked, but very pleasant. The main pool area is incredibly busy and dirty glasses are left everywhere until the morning. If you don't leave towels out early you do not get a bed near the pool. The pool area at the seafront is gorgeous with lounger service, so once again like night and day. The beach area is not nice at all, across a road. There are much nicer beach areas further down the beach in front of cafe's which are free if you order drinks. There are lots of restaurants nearby towards the marina so we ate there a few nights, even though we were all inclusive. The hotel has the potential to be lovely with just a few tweaks. Room service and cleaning of the rooms is good, but no turn down in the evening.

The breakfast was great, with lots of options, both traditional and local choices, and enjoyed out on the terrace overlooking Mykonos town. The bed was super comfy, and I slept really well. Will definitely be back!

We did have some issues with hot water. Not property related but there was a protest against tourists in the neighborhood and the building was vandalized:/
