What an amazing service! From the moment we entered the place till we said goodbye. The staff is extremely kind, from the cleaners to the managers. The room and the whole place was super clean. The food was delicious and different every evening. The breakfast was an experience itself A big big thank you to Masoud our waiter who did look after us for the entire staying, super kind, was putting so much effort to satisfy all our requests. The manager Julius also, was super professional, he came to greed us every evening asking for feedbacks. I can tell these guys know what they are doing! And they took customer service to another level I am a cabin crew and I spent most of my time in beautiful hotels and kisiwa on the beach was the best hotel/resort I have ever been to. I really wanna come back here.

The room was nicely decorated. The pool, the bungalows, the restaurant, everything is very nice. The hotel is right on the beach. The waiters, cleaning ladies, manager, everyone were very helpful and lovely.
