This is a super cute place. Staff are wonderful. Pool is great. Our room was upstairs and had everything we needed. We were only booked for 1 night but decided to stay 3 & just do a day trip to San Antonio instead. We were so pleased we decided that as we loved our time in Gruene & at the cottages. We walked down to the centre which is an easy 10 min walk. Once you cross the road there's a short path then a walkway the rest of the way.

Great location overlooking the river with wonderful staff who were really helpful. Charming little rooms that made the stay really comfortable!
