Benitses is a great place to stay at during vacation.
Benitses is a great place to stay at during vacation. Village is small and everything is located in one small center: Tavernas and restaurants, markets, souvenir shops, cofee shop, bus station... There are no modern buildings to ruin the look of fishing village and people are very kind, everyone I talked to knew English at least well enough to buy/sell stuff or order food. It has small beaches that are clean with clean water. The beach isn't upto much. They wanted €12 for beds in some places, where beaches in the south were so much better and between €7-10 There is a good bus service to Corfu town. We didn't have a bad meal during our trip plenty of places to try.SarahUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

Benitses is a small village, but has a lot of taverns, small park and several souvenir shops. Beaches are not the best I have seen. My trip Was a short one, so I haven't had time to go around, but I'm sure great beaches could be find in the island. Corfu is full of olive trees, and vegetation in general is flourishing all over the place. There is a public transportation, but I did not use it, personally I prefer individual transportation, a car. The Town of Corfu is magnificent. A must visit and spend some time there.

Most of the apartments and restaurants lie directly on the main road, so it's a very noisy place. There are some nice places, but many houses are in a very bad state with garbage in the garden and even on the streets. The sea is beatiful, but the overall bad state is shocking.LelleHungary

Mrs. Katerina has a wonderful positive energy and caring personality so she always makes her guests feel welcome. Also, she gave us great tips about public transport and sights. The location of the hotel is right next to the bus station, so it is quite easy to get to the city of Corfu and other places on the island. Watching the sunrise from our bed each morning was spectacular. Achilles the host was outstanding and was quick to respond to any of our requests during our 5 night stay. Would absolutely recommend. Particularly as many of the hotels nearby are in need of updating. Need a car as it’s not walking distance to restaurants but a car is worthwhile anyway to explore Corfu. Bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Very nice owners, helpful always on hand to help and friendly. Maria gave us her homemade cookies and cake and made us feel like we were at home. Strategic position, very close to the center of Benitses, also convenient parking in the Marina. Definitely I recommend this place and if I come back to Corfu, I would definitely stay here again. The room was always clean and we had a perfect view over the sea. They count with a restaurant/bar as well, the food is amazing (a must try) and their cocktails are even better. The garden is beautifully kept and has stunning views from the dining terrace. Super comfy bed with gorgeous smelling linen. The apartment had a great kitchen stocked with lots of crockery, pots, pans and utensils. Friendly and helpful hosts, with fabulous attention to detail. The access to the little beach is a bonus - so tranquil and private. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

The first street where a car can pass is around 30m from the apartments which is great because there is virtually no noise. A quiet alley leads you from the street to the apartments. The place is brand new, it looks like a nice hotel room. The kitchen is small but functional.
