Big room and bed, AC works well, nice and spacious with big bathroom. Lift was sometimes a bit funny but nothing major, breakfast was good and nice pool area. Hotel is about 15 mins drive from Playa Delfines [£8-£12 Uber] and 10 mins drive from the ferry port to go over to Isla Mejures [£5-£7 Uber]. Would stay again and reasonably priced.

Cancún beaches and area is very beautiful! White sandy beaches with clear and transparent sea water.
With a very nice night life and lots of restaurants.
Additionally, it's relativity close to many archeological sites, nature reserves, and family parks.

It's not a place if you don't speak Spanish.
It's not a place if you don't speak Spanish. I got on the beach and I could not get off because there was no exit to get off it was all private with fences. No seemed to speak English or help. It's not friendly and very aggressive to you as you walk through areas. Better figure out how to get. Pesos and then figure out how to use them. Very disappointed for a place that hardly anyone knows English for a place like Cancun.

This is absolutely my favorite spot to vacation .. the people, the beaches, the weather .. it is just so beautiful. At no time did I ever feel unsafe. We took buses, taxis, and walked places and had no problems at all. Xcaret is a must - the wildlife and natural beauty is breath taking. We ate at our resorts most of the time, but we did go to a couple little taco spots. Everything was good. We visited Juarez Beach, Isla Mujeres, Playa del Carmen, and ventured to some cenotes. The people are absolutely awesome and truly treat you like "familia" if you show them you are interested in them and their culture.

Everything was perfect.
Everything was perfect. During our trip we visited Tulum, Playa del Carmen, Cozumel and Cancun.
The 2nd day we took an amazing snorkeling tour in PC and the 3rd day we went to Xcaret…the most amazing place that has everything. My favorite part…Mexico Spectacular Show 😍😍😍!
The last 2 day in Cancun we stayed in the hotel and its beach and we had a walk to the night club area and restaurants.
We did something different everyday, including where and how we ate. Some days we cooked in our hotels because it’s pretty easy to get groceries or to eat in a local market!
We were really tired the last days but I didn’t want to go back home yet, I still wake up at home wishing I could go out to enjoy that surprisingly spectacular landscape!
Everybody can see there’s never enough time to know everything The Riviera Maya offers!!
The beach area is top notch. Lots of loungers surrounded by palms and great sand. Loved the free sail boat that we took out several times. Food in the restaurants is very good. Not a fan of buffets but it seemed fine. Friday night party is a lot of fun. Only things I didn’t like was the noise levels in the main building with the bar and cafe. Impossible to have a conversation. Also the coffee used to make the espresso is low grade but what a great place for a beach all inclusive vacation. Highly recommend this hotel.
Very comfortable studio with more than I needed for my short stay. Bus stop for the beaches (zona hotelera) is minutes away and was way more easier to use than I thought (12 pesos or 1$ at the moment) - just look for the Walmart not far away. If you have travelled around Mexico you know the concept of “Plunge Pool” - this is kind of pool to be expected there and perfect to cool off. CheDraui and Walmart not far away to stock up on sun lotion and food. Won’t hesitate to come back here when I have a stop in Cancun.
This is a cute boutique hotel in a secluded area in a newly developed area of Cancun. It was 20 min from the airport. The location is not well known, so taxi drivers must use GPS. There is no sign on the gate to ensure privacy. But once inside the gate it is a beautiful gem in a tropical oasis. The staff were very nice and helpful, especially Ernesto who facilitated the return of my phone left in a taxi! The pool and grounds are beautiful. The food at the restaurant was good and reasonably priced.
Location and breakfast unique...
But the phone system in the room was worthless. Could not communicate with reception.
Im in and out of Cancun the next 6 month, and wanted to stay at R every time I was in CC, so I asked reception to hold some stuff for me while out of Mexico... They could not give me an answer.
The guard entering the hotel and parking was directly provoking. Took minutes to get in and out every time because he was to slow and lazy to move the cone.
the location and rooms where good. the best part of the hotel are the employees. they are above and beyond great. i am sorry they have to deal with the worst american and canadian people behaviours. more control and rules could help them in the everyday, Issac at the beach, Bernal at the pool and the animation team are fantastic.
it was my bday celebration, i am not an all inclusive person but ur staff made me feel like a super star.
it is a nice new hotel with very comfortable bed , but there was no water and couldn’t showy , clean tea or use the toilet …. after a long haul flight it was disgusting
they promised a refund but it’s been 3 weeks and they won’t answer
my emails , even though I have an email promising a refund
our credit card was scam at the airport as the shut didn’t arrive
BE VERY AWARE OF CANCUN , I will Never go back
Great villa size, location in Zona Hotelera, lagun without waves and weeds, food and service are excellent, every evening breathtaking sunset view and Pirate boats, bus shuttles, gym, mini market, activities, quietness of family resort, laundry services, room service, pools, booking of Parks at the reception area, garden, welcome gifts. This is the best cozy all inclusive family resort!
The hotel shuttle showed up at the airport within 15 minutes of our call to them. The rooms are spacious and very clean. This is the sixth time we have stayed here. We usually arrive late in the afternoon and instead of spending $300 for a night at an all inclusive, we are able to get a good nights sleep and arrive at the resort early the next morning and enjoy the whole day.
the beachfront was long and beautiful and all staff members exceptionally nice and helpful. a lot of English is spoken here. the suite is part of the all ritmo resort and water park and this is important to remember. we bought the hotels all inclusive package which I felt was a very good value, but there is really no place else to go without taking a bus, car or taxi.
The location is great, it is right on the beach and easy to access from the busier parts of the hotel zone / Cancun downtown via bus or taxi. The staff was friendly and helpful. Communication was easy with the owner via what’s app. As you can expect, it is not a luxury stay but it is a good deal if you have that in mind with your expectations!
1. The location is quite close to Cancun airport and the hotel provides pre-booked free shuttle bus between it and the terminals every half hour.
2. The swimming pool is heated but not clean enough. No one clean the leaves dropped in it.
3. There are swings and sofas next to the round-shaped pool which is a good place to kill time.
We loved the boutique aesthetic of the hotel, perfect if you want to avoid the gigantic complexes further along the hotel zone. We felt a sense of calm as soon as we stepped through the doors. The food was OUTSTANDING and far surpassed our expectations for an all inclusive hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times.
Staff is extrmely friendly. The food was good, bartenders very, very fast and followed any specifics on your drinks. Activities along the days are very good both for family and friends. I've been on 4 all inclusive hotels in cancun (including Hilton and Hardrock) and this one was much better in every aspect.
The all inclusive was all worth it. I like that the hotel in itself was a vacation as whole. They have different activities to entertain you within the hotel vicinity. The staff were friendly. The food was great and most of all the alcoholic drinks were extra good.
The hotel is very beautiful, full of amenities, staff is super nice. The food is pretty good for an all inclusive, rooms are big, they allowed us to check in a bit early because we needed a quiet place to work. would definitely recommend
the location of the hotel was outstanding if your not looking for an all inclusive resorts with many different restaurants just across the street. The hotel is very clean with great view on the beach and outstanding staff and services.
Staff was exceptional. They accomodate all the requests we made in a very timely manner. They had made our stay wonderful in Cancun 😊 If I visit Mexico again I would definitely keep Seven Boutique in my choices of hotel.
We were travelling on a budget, needing proximity to the airport for an early flight. Basic room and relatively cheaper than other more refined airport hotels in Cancun - ok value for the price charged.
