The nicest part of Devonport was along the river and to the beach. The headland walk from the Surf Club and to the lighthouse was beautiful. The cafe at the Devonport Surf Club was really nice, the staff were very friendly and the coffee was excellent - 10/10.

We liked everything about Devonport.
We liked everything about Devonport. We had an evening meal at the Argosy and lunch at Banjos in the mall. Finding places around Devonport was easy and parking was very good. Lovely views of the Mersey River and beaches from lots of areas. The Antique Emporium and garden centres were excellent.

We love visiting Devonport.
We love visiting Devonport. It is a clean, tidy town and has all the facilities we need. It is also a great point to go out to places from, for example Tasmazia, Chudleigh, towns and beaches along the northern coast of Tasmania just to name a few.

We based ourselves in Devonport as we were visiting the coast area there We did travel south to do a bit of site seeing about Hobart etc. We travelled over and back on the Ferry which was a short 5 minute drive.
You can see most of the coast attractions an easy 45 minute drive from Devonport. Tasmania has excellent playgrounds for kids
Great little apartment with off street parking and all the things you may need. Suited us very well as a stop after coming off The Spirit of Tasmania from Melbourne around 6pm. Great spot if you are intending to catch The Spirit from Devonport. Really helpful to be able to get the key from a locker instead of having to meet someone at a set time.
Fabulous stay, the owners Paul and Brendan made my family and I feel so welcomed.
The rooms were clean, comfortable and beautifully presented.
If staying for one night or more please stay in this family owned boutique hotel. The hospitality was something my family and I have never experienced, such a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Where it is in relation to the spirit of Tasmania. Easy check in and out and very clean and comfortable, 20 minutes walk across the bridge into Devonport town with all the shops and cafes.. or drive in 2 minutes. Close to everything with great views of the Mersey river.
It's on the edge of Devonport, but the road system is easy to navigate. Neighbourhood was quiet. We hadn't really realised the "retro" look, but the facilities are modern with retro touches like a pinball machine and arcade game. Cabinet full of old games and Meccano!
Older style but adequate motel room. Clean and comfortable with renovated bathroom. Short (<5 mins) to ferry terminal. Easy drive to Devonport shopping mall.
Pub with excellent food at good prices and bottle shop attached to the motel.
Very good value for money.
It was a great location, a quiet area and close to the beach and to Devonport. The beds were super comfortable, the shower pressure was great and it had a fully equipped kitchen. There was a retro feel about the house which was enjoyable.
Novotel is right in the city centre and our views of the river with the Spirit of Tasmania coming into dock was lovely. Easy walking to shopping mall, cinemas, food places, Hotels and we had a lovely Thai meal just over from Hotel.
The location is excellent for booking pre/post the ferry crossing on the Spirit of Tasmania. The cabin was fully complimented with all the amenities and facilities, but there was no airconditioning. That was the only fault.
What a gem....beautiful well appointed small apartment...very clean and comfortable and conveniently located just on the edge of Devonport city...ideal stay for couples...spa bath a lovely treat 😀
The view was truly amazing. The communal kitchen was straight out of a five star hotel. The whole place exudes luxury. This felt like glamping for the rich and famous.
I was very happy with space was amazing he had a great facilities it was really peaceful with far was extremely relaxing I would recommend this place to anyone
